Cancellation Policy
Please make sure you read our strict cancellation policy. All deposits are non refundable. Bookings are limited to 1 x change per deposit paid. Cancellation Policy –Skin appointments. Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty. You can also do this via the members session on our website. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. If appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time or a client no shows the booked appointment 100% of the service rate will be charged.
