Service Description
£20 is payable if you have cancelled your booking within 48 hours of your appointment. We will be unable to rebook your appointment until the fee is paid. This is NOT the price of the session. For new clients, please book CONSULTATION.
Cancellation Policy
Our strict cancellation policy is 48 hours notice for changes to your booking on Laser services. Anything outside of these times will result in a £20 rebook fee for laser appointments, you can rebook your laser session depending on area size via our website under the book online tab, this will charge you £20, this is a cancellation fee and will not be deducted from your session. All deposits are non refundable. For changes to your appointment you must give 48 hours notice, only 1 x change is permitted per deposit. Further laser terms and conditions can be found in your contract from faces consent which you complete ahead of your consultation.
